RED MEHDI HOOSHYAR VAN DOODSTRAF Abstract: Mehdi hooshyaar a Ex-Muslim who directed his life in Christ religion, did the minimum rights that are established for men’s. I support his idea and believe his reaction to Islam and deny the decision of A-state for him.
Being an Ex-Muslim who is actually apostate from Islam, I would like to support Mr. Mehdi Hooshyar, his attention to the new religion that is obviously his right. It is dictatorial aspect of Islam that forbid the peoples to find and select their routs. According Iran’s’ Islam, the men is not able to distinguish his way of life, which means that we need to follow somebody else as the leader of Islam. He is nobody than ayatollah khamenei (high cleric personality). The problem of apostasy in Iran is not only concerned to the personal religion believes, but in consequences of this apostasy for the government. And this is why they try to take it in silence. Why despite many clarifications in quran and the statements of different high clerics, there is not obvious penal code for the apostates in Iran? The answer hides in the political manipulations of Islam and Iranian Islamic. The most of apostates into Christian, bahai etc. after some years manipulation of the files in the justice by different judgments, have been forced apologies from their decisions. The government do not want to execute the Islamic shaira’ laws publicly, because of diplomatic and strategic point of view, but they want and have to follow the sharia’ laws, and so the most of these peoples were killed silently. And this is the black spot in Islamic countries. This is terrorist actions. A terror does not mean only by putting a bomb somewhere, a terror can place cultural in the mind of the peoples, until killing them. This is why some other countries do not want to understand, or do not want to think about what happens in iran. And it this between, the peoples, the men, is a manipulated object by the political relationships between the countries. The peoples who decide for somebody life, despite the risk possibilities, have never feel the pain that get these peoples during strict. Self torture by these peoples does not mean disagreement. They manifest their powerfulness against the torture of Iranian regimes. So they do not fear of this from of torture, but they will be alive, and they want a life as they are human. The strict by these peoples means that they have establish their believes, and enforcing their demands from an authority. There have to be attention on these fine principles in the peoples who refugee for their ideological reasons. The files of the most of the Iranian peoples, show that they had no financial problems in iran, and the most of them do not have claim of their work situation generally. The general claims of economical deficiencies may not be interpreted as their financial problem. The most of high educated peoples of Iran, did not do student jobs during the study period what in the other countries a common and important way to finance for the study of the young’s students is considered. The integrity of the Iranian peoples, show that they have a fundamental gracious characteristics that may not be related to the culture or religion. Fast integrity of these peoples is another evidence and show that these peoples have a high flexibility property, and here is concluded that despite this high flexibility, they could not more remain in the deformed shape that was constructed by the Islamic regime. These peoples who have their capacities and want to be independent, try to integer themselves to the new culture. They learn the language, they follow the professional courses, and for those who had already diploma’s, continue high graduate study in order to be as effective as possible in the new country. There are no same interpretation of this dynamism between citizen national consultants, and the authority judgs. Unfortunately, some of the second group interprets it as a profit opportunity by these peoples, and this can be seen in different judgments by foreign officers or even commissariat general for asylum seekers. But, the most common characteristics of the Iranian peoples, is the way they express themselves. Even is high difficult situation, an Iranian can not say and express his feeling in the words perfectly, s/he can not argument his problem and his discussion by the influential sentences. For a western citizen, who does not know and feel this feeling, and is doing the comparing of phrases in different interviews, and is influenced under diplomatic decisions of super officers, the history of the asylum seeker remains a history and not an actuality. We need to respect the believes and try to believe them. They are already victim, they do not need our support only, but do need our humanity and understanding them. * Dit is vanzelfprekend de menselijke relatie al dan niet het verband met ras, religie of nationaliteit. Een asielzoeker is een iemand die asiel vraagt, dat is uw kans dat op deze vraag te antwoorden, het vrijmaken van een man, nergens vindt u zo aardige kans. realistisch zijn is een vast menselijk eigenschap maar diplomatisch zijn is verkrijgbaar.
